UKWAJU AND MINT ORANGEADE.

My love for savory taste made me develop this game-changing recipe.

INGREDIENTS.

5-9 Pieces of ukwaju pods.

4 Medium sized oranges, peeled.

1 Bunch of fresh mint, chopped.

METHOD.

1: Soak your ukwaju pods in a medium size container full of water for 2 days or until you see the water has changed color to a brow-dark brown color. That’s how you know it’s ready

2: Next, in a blender jug add your ukwaju juice, chopped oranges and the chopped mint. You can add some water if you think the mix a little more fluid but in my case the mix was just fine without any additional water.

3: Blend until smooth, garnish and serve cold. It’s both healthy and refreshing.
