Serves 5.

INGREDIENTS. 500 Grams of beef, chopped. 1 Tablespoon of Oregano. 1 Tablespoon of Paprika. 1 Tablespoon of Turmeric. 1 Tablespoon of Thyme. 1 Tablespoon of White Vinegar. 1 Tablespoon of Cumin Powder. 1 Tablespoon of Dhanajeera. 1 Tablespoon of Rosemary. 1 Tablespoon of Salt. 1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder. 2 Cups of Vegetable oil. 6-7 Wooden Skewers. 1 Bell pepper. 3 Cherry tomatoes. METHOD. Place your chopped meat into a plastic container after puncturing all the pieces with a meat puncture or just by using a fork together with all your measured spices and mix thoroughly. Marinate your meat for 4 hours at least but I would advise marinating it overnight for the spices to soak in properly. Remove your meat from your refrigerator and stack the pieces of meat on the wooden skewers .Note not to over stuff the skewers, 7-8 pieces are enough on one stick. Next, after stacking your skewers, heat your oil in a deep-frying pan on medium heat until hot. One by one deep-fry your mishkakis until the meat until it’s crispy and brown and once they are all done, sprinkle some black pepper on top and garnish with some chopped up bell pepper and rings of cherry tomatoes. Trust me this is the perfect snack for you and your buddies. Serve hot!!!
