Lemon and mint have always and will always be on of my best combinations in a drink. I created this babies to have them when I'm not feeling like taking ages to make a healthy drink but I still want something nutritious in my body.
INGREDIENTS. 1 medium sized lemon 1 piece of ginger Mint leaves 4 cloves of garlic, chopped 1 teabag METHOD 1: In a sufuria, add some water, the ginger and grated garlic. Bring to a boil 2: Once boiled, turn off the heat and add in your cubed lemons and whole mint leaves. 3: Immearse the teabag and leave to brew till cold.
