INGREDIENTS 500grams porkchops. 1 tablespoon of blackpepper. 1 tablespoon of salt. 1 tablespoon of cumin powder. 1 medium sized red onion. 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar.(optional) 3 cloves of garlic, chopped. 1/2 piece of ginger, chopped. 1 tablespoon of Cardamom powder. METHOD 1: Pierce/slice the pork chops with a knife but not too deep or you can alternatively use a fork to make holes in the meat 2:Into a bowl, add the meat, the spices and the garlic and leave to marinate for 30mon to 1 hour. Please note that due to the addition of vinegar. Don't over do the marination. But if you choose not to add the vinegar,i would advice you marinate the meat overnight.make sure you rub in the marination properly to ensure it gets to all parts of the meat 3: After the marination, heat your skillet / pan ya chapo until it is smoking hot. Apply some cooking oil and then add your meat and any excess marinade. 4: Leave the meat to cook for 10-15 minutes. It should take roughly 7 minutes on each side. Please note that pork can give you very bad food poisoning and at the same time it dries out very vast if you overcook it. While cooking, cover the meat to prevent the meat from drying out. 5:Once the meat is done and golden brown, set it aside to rest and do the onions. Caramelize the chopped onion till brown. 6:Time to set up. Set your rested pork chops on a plate, you can choose to microwave it so as to warm it up. Next.. Add the caramelized onion and your accompaniment of your choice. If I were you, I would choose me viazi karai whose recipe is on my blog or even some enriched cornballs HAPPY COOKING GUYS!!!
