KARAFUU BANANA BREAD

Need a quick bread recipe for breakfast, well here you go. It's easy, tasty and takes only 45min to get ready without any special equipment.
INGREDIENTS;
1 Cup of normal granulated sugar
2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of extra virgin macadamia/ vegetable oil
1tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 medium size eggs
4 very ripe bananas
A pinch of clove
Raisins (optional)
Method
1; In a large bowl, add the very ripe bananas and mush them to a pulp. Please ensure they are well mashed so as to fully incorporate them in the bread.
2: To that same bowl, add your cooking oil, eggs and sugar in that exact order and mix well using a wooden spoon.
3; In a different bowl, mix all your dry ingredients with the exception of sugar and stir to distribute everything evenly
4; Pre heat your oven @180,°
5; Mix the wet and dry ingredients and stir until just mixed. Do not overmix
6; To a well greased bread tin, add your mix and place in the already preheated oven.
7; Place in the middle rack of the oven to bake @170° for 45 min or until ready. When a skewer or knife is inserted, it should come out clean, that's how you know it's ready.
8; De-pan and wait to cool
9; Serve with some tea and enjoy!
