GREEN FOREST SMOOTHIE

I like having fruits for breakfast as i feel that it gives my stomach a wake up call to tell it its a new day. With that said, here's the recipe to my amazing masterpiece.


INGREDIENTS 1 medium sized ripe avocado 2 ripe bananas 3 spinach leaves, washed 1/4 cup of milk 1 red cabbage leaf METHOD. 1:To your blender, add chopped Avocado, banana, whole spinach leaf and the milk. 2: Blend until smooth. Incase it's too thick, you can thin it out with some water but be very careful not to overdo it. Incase you don't do diary, you can ommit the milk part 3:Once blended, pour into your glass, garnish with some chia or pumpkin seeds and the red cabbage leaf and serve chilled or at room temperature Happy cooking BY ROGZYS_KITCHEN
