CINNAMON COCKTAIL VICTORIA SANDWICH.

My love for pastries grows day by day as i get better at making different kids of baked goodies. This is one of them babies i'm currently i love with.

SINGLE SPONGE INGREDIENTS.
100 Grams of butter/ margarine.
100 grams of caster sugar.
2 Eggs, beaten.
100 grams of all-purpose flour.
5 grams of baking powder.
Green, maroon and brown food color. {You can adjust this three colors depending on your favorite colors provided they rhyme}
Red plum jam.
METHOD.
1: Cream the butter or margarine until soft and fluffy. In case you are not sure, I have a video on how to cream this two together to a perfect consistency on my Instagram highlights section @Rogzys_kitchen. The highlight is easy DIYS.
2: Gradually add the beaten eggs.
3: Lightly fold in the sieved flour and baking powder.
4: Divide into three portions, add different colors in the different batches of batter.
5: Properly grease the baking tin and dust with flour and dust off the excess.
6: Systematically pour in the different colors one at a time.
7: Bake at 200 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
8: Remove and turn on a wire rack to cool.
9: Cut into half and spread the lower half with jam, then place the other half back on top.
10: Serve warm with a cup of lemon and ginger tea whose recipe is also on my website.
