BREAKFAST CLUB SANDWICH.

INGREDIENTS.

Bread

Lettuce

2 slices of Bacon

Vienna steak-2 pieces

Ketchup

¼ red cabbage chopped.

METHOD.

1. Toast the bread in hot pan until brown and crispy on both sides, if you have a toaster, it will do the trick.

2. Cook the bacon to a wet and soft consistency. If you like your bacon crispy then feel free to cook it to that level.

3. Time to layer this bad boy. Place one of the slices of bread, cut in triangles at the bottom.

4. Next, add your slices of lettuce, then the bacon. Add the other half of the bread and then the cumin Vienna steaks cut in half.

5. Place the red cabbage sparingly on top and the drizzle some ketchup on top.

6. Add the last slice of bread and voila!! Club sandwich is done.
